We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, ensure that all tags, packaging, wrapping and anything that made up the whole of the original product is all included in the package and in original new condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase with a covering note with the package clearly stating your name, address, and order number. Also, briefly state the reason of return and provide contact details in case we need to get in touch with you about your return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@onlinecharactershop.co.uk. Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand. We strongly recommend that you use a sign for service with tracking number. We will not be responsible or refund any monies if the package fails to reach us by post. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like boys, girls and adult underwear’s where the items has been unsealed/opened and therefore assumed be worn. We also do not accept returns for any bedding i.e. blankets, throws, duvet sets, fitted sheets and pillow cases for health & hygiene reasons if unsealed or opened and toy products where the items has been unsealed/opened and therefore assumed used. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Our postage cost is not refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note if you pay for delivery and return your order for refund, the postage & packing (starting from £4.99) you paid on your order is not refundable. You will only receive full refund for the item you purchased.
