We have 2 delivery service Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Flat Rate) & Royal Mail Tracked 24
Last posting date for Royal Mail Tracked 48 is Friday 19th December. You must place your order by Wednesday 17th December. Any orders from 18th December using Royal Mail Tracked 48 may not reach you before Christmas.
Last posting date for Royal Mail Tracked 24 is Friday 19th December. You must place your order by Thursday 18th December, morning by 10am. Any orders from 18th December after 10am using Royal Mail Tracked 24 may not reach you before Christmas. We don’t post out on weekends.
We will be close from 20th December 2025 for holiday until 4th January 2026. You can place orders and will be posted out when we come back on 5th January 2026.
All order placed from 19th December will be posted on 5th January 2026.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or 2nd Class Signed For service (Flat Rate). You have option to add Tracked 24 & Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed By 1 PM service at the checkout. Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed By 1 PM is Monday to Friday service, not weekend service. We aim to dispatch orders next working day but if we are busy (during Christmas) our handling & dispatch time is 2-3 working days. From time to time depending the size & weight of your order, we will send orders using Parcel Force (heavy & large items).
Whatever the size and weight of the order, you will be paying one delivery charge starting from £4.99 (Royal Mail Track 48 & 2nd class Signed For) for postage & packing. Free UK delivery on orders over £40.00
All tracking information will be added to your order when dispatched.
Once payment is made, our handling & dispatch time is 2-3 working days (excluding bank holidays & weekends). This includes Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed By 1PM service. If you buy Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed By 1PM does not mean faster handling time. We aim to dispatch next working day.
You can track your packet with the tracking number on Royal Mail website (or other company websites). If you don’t receive your order please let us know within 2 weeks of placing your order. We will email/call Royal Mail (or other delivery companies, if we use them to fulfill your order) to investigate where the packet is. This can take up to 28 days to get reply from the delivery companies. Once we get reply back from the delivery companies, we will contact you. If the investigation shows the packet was delivered to the correct address, we won’t refund any money back. If the investigation shows the packet was not delivered, we will refund your money back. If you don’t contact us within 28 days of placing your order, you will lose money and product. We won’t be able to refund any money back.
Please provide the correct delivery address on the order. If the address is wrong you must inform us within 30 minutes of placing the order by email. Once the order has been dispatched, we can’t change anything on the order and order cannot be cancel. Please note there is a delay approximately 2-3 hours for you to receive tracking information once orders have been dispatched. If you want to cancel an order, you must inform us within 30 minutes of placing the order.
If the packet gets delivered to the wrong address, to the address you provided on the order, we won’t able to refund any money back.
If you have missed your delivery, please contact the delivery company with the tracking to re-arrange the delivery.
If packets are returned from the delivery companies, the delivery cost is not refundable. You will only get refund for the item.
Please note if you pay for delivery and return your order for refund, postage & packing you paid on your order is not refundable. You will only receive full refund for the item you purchased.
